Responsibilities included:

  • Work on inbound and outbound processes and all phases of the implementation and support process including verifying data modifications. Most recently, I have been coding and testing HR import updates for PeopleSoft and SAP to Workday conversions for clients.
  • Working with and for the client teams to assess needs and specifications for projects and issues by providing background and technical expertise to resolve them and mitigate project roadblocks.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues related to back-end processing of qualifying life events and directing the international technical support team.
  • Defining technical approaches and resolving technical issues for all benefit processing also extending to payroll and Cobra. This also included coding when necessary.
  • Writing specifications for support analysts and project estimates for Client teams in addition to writing, coding and producing Adhoc Reports, Premiums.
  • Providing technical training on back-end flow and extended technical expertise to other client and support teams throughout the company including web developers.
  • Procuring and developing client specifications for converting to Mercer benefits and payroll processes for outsourcing.
