In my current role, I work across multiple systems, manage high-volume workflows, and help keep daily operations running efficiently and accurately. I take pride in being someone my team can rely on whether that’s solving problems, maintaining quality, or stepping in where support is needed.
I’ve also taken on responsibilities such as training team members, performing quality checks, and helping improve workflow processes, which has strengthened my leadership and analytical skills. As I complete my degree in Information Systems, I’m focused on growing into a role where I can bring both my operational experience and problem-solving mindset into a more corporate or systems-focused environment.
