• Customer Service

Helped customers with any issues they might have had with an item, made returns and exchanges. Handled guests issues in such as complaints about another team member or a specific situation and made sure to always leave them satisfied, weather it was through the phone or in-person.

• Cashier

Rang people up for their items, assisted people by pointing them the right direction to where to find a certain item.

• Curbside Pick-up

Took orders to from inside the store to customers waiting outside in less than 3 minutes. Carefully had to handle drinks from Starbucks that was a curbside order.

• Cart Attendant

Went around inside and outside the store and collected carts to make sure the store always had carts ready for guests. Cleaned the carts and emptied the trash cans inside and outside the store. Also picked up any trash, made the store look nice overall.

• Soccer Coach for kids under 15. I have 1 on 1 sessions with kids to help them better their soccer skills, help them better their confidence and communication with their teammates. I identified their weaknesses and help them fix that. Motivate them to not feel discouraged, especially the kids that are new to the sport,

• Reported progress of students and results of testing to school board and principal.
• Prepared students for standardized tests by providing targeted instruction on test-taking strategies and relevant content areas.
• Developed and implemented variety of instructional strategies to help new Spanish students get comfortable with the language.
• Boosted student engagement with interactive activities that incorporated authentic materials from Spanish-speaking countries.
