▪ Prepare export documents that pertain to each individual country and arrange shipments via either small package courier service or via freight forwarders. Problem solve any delays of deliveries with customer and freight forwarders.
▪ Managed over forty international sales accounts that included both OEM’s and distributors. Handled all pricing and delivery requests as well as order entry. Responsible for keeping all contract pricing current and updated.
▪ Expedited deliveries of all orders with engineering, quality, production and purchasing to meet customer deadlines. Liaison between OTTO International Sales Reps, engineering marketing and International Sales Manager
▪ Worked with customers to solve problems with freight forwarders and issues with customs. Prepared Pro Forma invoices for all cash in advance accounts. Expedited deliveries of all orders with engineering, quality, production and purchasing to meet customer deadlines ▪ Responsible for booking hotel rooms, limo services and catering for all International customer visits.
