  • DFW & ORD - 5 Supervisors and over 1,000 Flight Attendants.
  • Collaborated with architects and contractors in the design and construction of a new crew room for DFW and ORD and procured essential supplies.
  • Communicated twice a day with in-flight operations senior level staff, ground handling, gate support, and maintenance staff to ensure on-time departures and arrivals, with a goal of maintaining a consistent 90%+ on-time performance.
  • Trained supervisors on demonstrating clarity and confidence when it comes to understanding grounds for termination and employee termination procedures and supported when actioned.
  • Attended monthly grievance hearings and worked alongside human resources to facilitate effective exit strategies that support company’s employee termination process.
