Dior Lunsford has held various positions, including Program Manager and Program Supervisor at the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development. She managed relationships with City agency partners and Community-based organizations to ensure programmatic effectiveness and compliance. Dior Lunsford represented the Department of Youth and Community Development at Mayoral events, Community Action Board meetings, and local television interview. She also managed an internal database to track and report program outcomes to stakeholders and facilitated programmatic improvement.
