In 2017 transferred through the company to our dispatch center where I answered hundreds of 911 calls and dispatched units to the emergencies that were taken. While answering 911 calls it was very vital to provide life saving measures all with a calming voice to someone who may have little to no medical knowledge. I was the safe voice on the other end of the line on what was the worst day for them.
