- Coached 26 All Conference players 15 of them being 1st team in one of the toughest Division 1 conferences in the State
- Coached 4 All State players and had representatives from the team in the North/South State All Star game 5 out of the 6 season I’ve been Head Coach
- Assisted 32 players to play scholarship football at various levels from FBS/FCS, Div II, and NAIA
- Our defense has broken school records in most tackles for loss, forced fumbles and turnovers in one season
- Handled all day to day operations of an Division 1 football program
- Managed budgeting for equipment, workout gear and training tools
- Designed all Off season workouts to cover Off-season, Pre-season and In-season workouts
- Designed a NCAA eligibility tracker for all athletes who aspire to go on and compete at the Collegiate levels Divisions 1&2
- Organized our participation in the Southwest Ohio “College Combine” where 50+ Colleges were present to watch top prospects perform on field drills
- Created a parent driven group “Grid Iron Club” who was responsible for fundraising, Community outreach and securing all Pre-game meals.
