In my vas career I have many milestones that have developed me as a Servant leader. From my time in the Marine Corps, I learned to first fallow before leading. Treating everyone with dignity and respect. As a journeyman tool maker, I learned the importance of systems and attention to detail. For the past 15 years as a Food Service Director, being part of the Inter disciplinary team, I have come to know the functionality of operating systems of long-term care. I possess the skills needed to run a successful and profitable facility. With an emphasis on supporting and enriching the lives of my team and the people we care for.
