• Lead contact to maintain, service, develop, and grow specific current and new customer accounts.
• Source products by researching suppliers to ensure products meet or exceed customer specifications per prints and text that accompany customer quote requests and purchase orders.
• Ensure that suppliers can provide timely current and future deliveries.
• Recommend and quote products based on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations to meet customer needs and specifications.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
• Negotiate, maintain, and adjust customer terms of sale and pricing agreements.
• Maintain and update a current PDF library of customer product prints to be referenced for sourcing, production, and quality inspection.
• Create customer part numbers and bills of materials used to assemble customer products.
• Download customer purchase orders, create sales orders, confirm the purchase orders, create advance shipping notices, arrange shipment, and invoice the shipped product using the customer online portal.
• Manage inventory so the correct product is delivered on customer specified dates.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure continued timely deliveries
• Monitor and expedite customer sales orders to ensure the proper delivery dates.
• Research and develop relationships with alternate suppliers to ensure steady supply chain deliveries.
• Provide the production department guidance and support to ensure the proper customer product specifications are achieved.
• Perform quality inspections of incoming and outgoing product to ensure the customer specifications are met and the correct quantities are provided.
• Verify customer shipments contain the correct shipping documents and that customer quality and packaging requirements are achieved.
• Comply with federal and international shipping regulations.
• Monitor accounts receivable, resolve billing issues, and collect past due invoices.

• Oversee and coordinate warehouse operations to promote organized, safe, and efficient operation.
• Develop, implement, and oversee work and operational policies and procedures to improve work flow, productivity, and safety. Update these policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor warehouse operations and staff and take preventive action to avoid operating problems, errors, and unsafe conditions. Take corrective action and update policies and procedures if problems arise to prevent reoccurrence.
• Build and maintain a motivated and knowledgeable warehouse team to efficiently and safely accomplish operational goals. Provide continued training to current and new staff on job duties, procedures, and safety policies.
• Prioritize and schedule work assignments. Monitor employee performance and give guidance, reinforcement, and discipline as needed.
• Reorganized entire inventory layout design to maximize space utilization, increase efficiency, and accurate order fulfillment. Continuously update inventory layout as products are added or deleted from inventory.
• Develop proper handling and storage methods to minimize loss or damage to inventory.
• Monitor inventory, identify and resolve discrepancies, and take corrective action to prevent reoccurrence. Perform inventory quality audits to ensure the correct quantity, quality, and correct product is in the correct designated inventory location. Remove, quarantine, and return incorrect inventory items to suppliers.
• Monitor and reorder supplies as needed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, service, and repair of warehouse equipment. Recommend replacement when needed.
• Determine and schedule the most time efficient and cost effective shipping carriers for incoming and outgoing freight. Negotiate quotes and price agreements with logistics service providers.
• Submit and follow up on freight damage claims with logistics carriers.
• Schedule and oversee the loading of route delivery trucks with the correct product and delivery paperwork.

• Unload, unpack, and examine incoming product shipments to verify the condition, quantity, and correctness according to the attached packing list and corresponding purchase order.
• Document and report damage, shortage, and incorrect product to the Warehouse Manager. Quarantine damaged and incorrect product from inventory.
• Return damaged and incorrect product when supplier return authorization is approved.
• Route the correct incoming product to the proper inventory location, production, or turn around shipment.
• Perform inventory audits to verify inventory count and correctness, and to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Process daily sales orders for customer pick up, delivery, or shipment by logistics carriers. Verify all product pulled to fulfill customer sales orders is correct to the corresponding sales order.
• Assist customers as they pick up product.
• Load route delivery trucks.
• Verify the correct shipping method and shipping address specified on each sales order is followed.
• Research, quote, and recommend the most time effective and economical logistics delivery methods.
• Generate and attach the proper packing list, labels, and shipping documents for each sales order picked up, delivered, or shipped.
• Schedule logistics carriers daily pick ups. Develop and maintain good working relationships with these carriers.
• Prepare and maintain an accurate record of daily shipments and deliveries to enable shipment tracking. Generate end of day reports for daily shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Seasonal Part Time position ( January-April 15 annually)

• Explain the tax preparation process, determine each client's expectations, and keep the client informed during return preparation so the client goals can be achieved or adjustments made so client goals can be more fully achieved in future tax return preparations.
• Research, interpret, and apply federal and state tax code when preparing personal and business tax returns.
• Analyze tax issues, explain and make recommendations for the best course to follow.
• Respond to client questions and clarify IRS letters to help resolve these inquires.
• Calculate estimated tax payments required and request payment plans with the IRS when needed.
• Provide advise and tax planning to help prevent balances due to the IRS when filing tax returns.
• Attend continuing education courses to increase knowledge and stay current with tax law changes.
