60-70% of my time is spent generating revenue from earning new business and growing existing business within the Columbia, MO industrial and construction markets. 20-25% of my time is spent developing my teams skills/abilities, coaching them up to achieve their individual and team goals. The last 5% of my time or so is recruiting new talent to join our team within the Columbia market through a variety of different recruitment strategies.
Operated as an Outside Sales Person accounting for roughly 50% of the stores revenue. Grew virtually all accounts by double digit growth and doubled more than half of the accounts monthly revenue.
