Implement and manage developmentally appropriate HS and EHS programming at the center level, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines and program policies.
 Ensure daily health and safety of children, families and staff, per agency, federal, state
and local policies, including active participation in agency level Safety Committee training and activities. Ensure no child is left unsupervised at any time.
 Assist Site Manager in conducting ongoing monitoring, evaluation and coaching of the site, lesson plans, classroom environments, adult-child interactions and family participation implement program improvements as necessary.
