I have worked in the Custodial field for over 23 yrs. I pride myself in being dependable and take my position very seriously. I am cooperative and respectful to management and strive for a cohesive environment for all. (Hence my reason for taking on the role of Union Rep for the night shift). I have attended courses and would like to continue to attend educational events should it be necessary to hold a Supervisory role.
I work well independently as well as with others especially during events and other activities that require a team effort.
