Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for the supervision and management of Security Personnel during an assigned shift.

Monitors the operation of the Security Department during assigned shift ensuring all applicable personnel adhere to the Illinois Gaming Board- Minimum Internal Control Standards, and Draft Kings at Casino Queen Systems of Internal Control.

Responsible for coordinating Security efforts to properly monitor and safeguard the assets of the Company.

Assists the Director of Security in the scheduling and evaluations of Security Personnel.

Escorts Chips and Cash in accordance with procedures as described in the Casino Queen's System.

Will initiate and review Security Incident Reports completed during the assigned shift.

Interact with patrons to promote good public relations and insure continued business.

Administer minor first aid when required.

Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self Exclusion Program.

Perform Admission/Turnstile procedures as described in Section I-Admissions.
