After beginning this this role as a Candidate Care Representative on ADM's Early Careers team, Donovan was quickly promoted to Talent Coordinator and Lead Recruiter for all Canada Early Careers roles. After successfully filling these roles with the most polished class of students ADM's Canada enterprise has ever seen, Donovan was promoted to Project Manager for ADM's Refugee Hiring Pilot Program.
