Dedicated customer service representative with over 20 years of experience in call centers. Known for exceptional active listening and relationship-building skills, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
During my tenure with Alorica the company name and and clients both changed numerous times. I began with Systems and Services Technologies (SST) which was owned by JP Morgan Chase. I worked with customers to assist them in bringing and keeping their auto loans current. When the company was sold to NCO, the decision was made to move SST to another site. From there I transferred to a large retail company where I scheduled service appointments. There was an opportunity to work with an income tax software company. There I assisted customers in setting up their networks, transferring their client files from one admin computer to another. This was only a temporary position, lasting only 6 months at a time, however, I moved back and forth between the retailer and software companies every year until they also moved their business to another customer service call center. I spent a very short time as a customer service rep for an insurance company, however, I felt that I was not doing enough to assist the customers.
My last roll with Alorica was working for an online bank for over four years. This was an exciting role as there was a lot to learn and to pass on to the customers. I began as just another phone rep but went through training in Trust and IRA accounts. My spare time was spent reading articles that were furnished by our client constantly so that I could keep up to date and properly assist the customers in making some of their banking decisions.
At the time that Alorica closed their business locally, I had developed a health condition that prevented me from going to an office and they had no remote jobs available.
Helping customers, regardless of who the client is, is the most challenging and rewarding experiences there is.
