I was born into a creative and innovative family and have always valued hard work and problem-solving. I began my career before I finished high school in the family business by selling large boat propellers. I pursued one of my dreams of music and songwriting for several years in Nashville, and still maintain my publishing company. I later pursued my lifelong talent and love of cooking and graduated highest in my class in Culinary school. I was offered a teaching position at Le Cordon Bleu, and offered a recruiting job as well. I now own and oversee the operations of a small fine dining restaurant in Daphne.
