Multiple projects at Brians house the last 12 months. In 2021 we replaced the siding and installed new windows (lead paint remediation procedures required), enclosed a covered patio to add square footage area within the home, and converted/altered interior space and added a master bedroom with a master bath that included a tile in place shower and a slipper type soaking tub. This year we returned to add a concrete front porch with covered roof and also to add a bathroom and living space into a previously unfinished area of the house. This 1940's era farm house now has all the modern features while keeping the charm of yesteryear
$700,000 K whole house remodel. Includes site work consisting of raising the grade around the house and installing extensive retaining work and flatwork, includes the installation of electric gates with remote or local access. Exterior of the house includes adding additional windows to view Lake Mercer, addition of site finished hardwood floor with exotic finish, extensive tile work and commercial kitchen. Project is still underway as customer has had to take time off due to Covid restrictions in her home state (California)
I build driveway aprons with culvert tile and build roads for the solar panel farms for Evergreen Solar in the Salem and surrounding areas. Requires building the roads on a demand schedule and completing them in a timely manner sometimes during difficult weather. Completing and passing inspections and building the roads very well so they endure the massive traffic that comes with building such an intense project. We did several over the last 2 years and are having discussions about doing more in 2022
Whole House remodel including all new interior finishes and a new 50 year roof. We removed/replaced the cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms and tile shower in the master bath. New kitchen backsplashes with retro turquoise appliances in the kitchen really made it pop. LVP flooring in all the living areas of the house in a 'Berlin Pine' finish that completed the updated beach house look We added a sink and special faucet in the garage for washing the dogs to make this project complete in every way.
Custom home built after owner's home of 50 years + burned down in the fire the previous Labor Day weekend. House featured unique floor plan, tall ceiling (24') with exposed beam, and glass windows that faced the Santiam River. Interior and exterior custom rock masonry finishes gave the house extra curb appeal.
