In the course of 21 years with Muza Metal Products, I developed and refined the estimating process that is still utilized today. When need developed for quality improvement, I advocated for and was given the role of Quality/Continuous Improvement Manager. During that time I implemented ISO9001 to support significant sales growth thru leadership of the quality process and continuous improvement. In the final years of my career at MMP, I took the role of business development manager, working to grow the top line and develop strong customer relationships.
