- Promote a "team" atmosphere within the maintenance operation by teaching staff that our purpose for everything we do is for the membership and their enjoyment of their courses
- Communicate daily with management on all areas related to course conditions, outings and special projects
- Discuss with members of the club as necessary to get players perspective of the course condition and what is needed to improve on
- Working with the Golf Course Superintendent on a moisture management program to insure turf health
- Creating a program to improve health of turf around high traffic areas
