Dustin Aitkin

A Veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, with ten years of experience in a variety of environments in both full time and part time status'. Experience in this position includes roles as an Instructor, being in charge of a Re-transmission team during missions, troubleshooting a variety of radio, computer and Satellite based communications systems, as well as responding to emergency events such as winter storms, hurricanes, and peacekeeping missions imbedded with Law Enforcement personnel. Much of the experience has been customer-facing, and has included many unique situations that required quick thinking, excellent decision making skills, constant troubleshooting, and the ability to work with any individual that either works within the organization or requires assistance from the organization. This experience has included working both alone and with teams for long periods of time, and has developed a comfort working in both environments with little supervision.
