Dylan Henry

When I went to buy a bed at the end of 2020, that really changed a lot for me. It opened up a brand new opportunity for me to expand my skills and take on a sales role. I took that running and in my first quarter live, I was the only associate in my district of about 30 people to exceed all 7/7 KPI goals for that quarter.(Key Performance Indicators/ Report Card). Ever since I've traveled to all the stores and served each customer at every location with the best experience possible in order to help them and ultimately earn there business. Few more things about me would be I played sports all of my life which allows me to stay in good shape. Sports have also implemented the traits of leadership and hard work into my life. To add, I feel comfortable making decisions and standing behind them. Most importantly I’m a great listener and learner. I take the early stages of a job very seriously so that I can grow and accomplish my job at the same level or higher as my co workers. I don’t take anything for granted and I’m happy for what I have.
