As a Medical Assistant:
Medical Assistant that Offers strong dedication to informed patient care, administrative excellence and confidentiality. In a short amount of time as a Medical Assistant, I have gotten to know and have a good relationship with co-workers and so many patients I have gotten to know and even follow up with them on problems they had personal that they just decided to speak with me about and constantly maintained a good relation ship with them.
Faith:
I have an extensive background in the Coptic Orthodox Church. I have been an active practicing Christian in this church since I was 5 years old. The most important thing to me personally, higher than my family and my own needs, is my relationship with God whom I spend the sweetest most edifying time with every day, who is my Life, Support, and Goal. The One through whom all blessings flow, and the One to Whom I am accountable for all things entrusted me.
Deacon Services:
Some of the things that I have been blessed to accomplish in God's church is that I have been given the opportunity to serve in many services for the glory of God. The first and most important service I am involved in the church is being ordained as a deacon, which I have been serving in for over 13 years. My service therein is mainly centered around leading in worship by chanting the Coptic Orthodox hymnology I learned and carrying on the church rites during the services. Adding on to this service, something that distinguished me more as a deacon is that I have been given the responsibility to be the leader of the younger deacons, those from 3rd grade to 8th grade boys, which I have been involved in leading for approximately 5 years. This chorus has approximately 30 members formally recognized, while during the time fo the actual service there maybe up to 80 on average days. Thus through this I have been given the gift of experience to work with many adolescents through the years, to develop leadership skills to lead the children in their service and even work with their parents to help them reach their fullest potential. Furthermore under this service of leading the deacons I have a group of deacons that stand and assist me in leading the kids, we were able to strategize effectively to do the best way to lead the kids, and that taught me a lot of team leading and group work toward those younger than me (the kids), and those my age and older (because those who assisted me were my age or were much older than me).
Bible Study Teacher:
Moving on from the deaconate service, is service with a middle school Christian bible Study in the church which is for both boys and girls from 6th-8th which has average 45 kids per meeting, which I have been serving for more than 2 years. I have been involved in this meeting by planning events for them with many activities, as well as serving as an "older brother" trying to support the youth through anything they may be struggling with. One such issue was a youth who approached me about someone in their school that they were concerned for was going to commit suicide and they were scared. God gave me the wisdom to encourage to the youth who approached me to speak to a councillor to help their friend, which all turned out well in the end for that situation. From this service I learned how to meet deadlines as I had to lead bible studies and have a vast knowledge to answer questions that may arise, and even meet deadlines and utilize the other people serving in this service to help in events that were planned.
Sunday School Teacher:
Adding on I serve in a Sunday school service I have been involved in for 4 years now having served 3 different generations of children, serving for some years 4th grade and currently 6th grade.
Music teacher:
Adding on I also serve in teaching the ancient Coptic Hymnology for anyone who wants to learn, specifically though in a hymns school with the grade 5th and 6th combined averaging 30+ kids a class.
Seminary Studies:
Lastly, while enrolled in University and involved in these services, I am a student in Asaph, a Coptic Orthodox Hymnology institute that can certify me in Coptic hymnology and rites which is a 4 year program which I am already half way through/
