I grew up in the oilfield with my grandpa (Derald McAlister) and dad(Eddie Miller). I have memories at early age pumping wells with my grandpa and dad. As I got older dad started a roustabout service (Miller services) which turned into a flow watch service for Chesapeake. I learned to operate heavy machinery for my dad and eventually became his foreman over the saltwater disposals and dewaters we watched over. During this time I worked with many current Mach employees. Eventually automation set in and ended our flow watch service so I set out to to do what I was most passionate about. I founded Flatline Outfitters LLC and ran waterfowl hunts for over ten years and had a very successful career. I ran my business and had other jobs working for farmers and a coop during the summers. At the end of 2024 I decided I would sell my business and move on to other better and brighter things.
