Nine months as the center store Merchandising ASM Manager then promoted to the Pro ASM over Pro Sales, Lumber, Tools and Hardware

In the Company Associate survey I received the highest rating in my store for Associate relations.

As Pro Manager Sales have improved by 20% and have recieved recognition for improvement in department conditions
