Position Overview

While being a Service advisor/writer along with performing tasks within the shop my duties and responsibilities are to ensure every customer comes in and leaves with exactly what they had came in initially for along with being able to provide them the correct services need for their vehicle maintenance, along with also being able to meet daily and monthly quotas, as well as being able to perform the minimal service tasks such as performing oil changes, tire replacements and tire patches, I also ensure that the technicians are completing the tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
