LOFT 19 premium inclusive space
· Meeting guest needs and specific requests within LOFT 19 inclusive
space

· Ensuring safety of pool water facilities assigned onboard CCL vessel
· Trained and certified in CPR and life saving techniques
· Working closely with department and safety management onboard

· Ensuring cleanliness of public and crew areas as per company's
standard
· Assisting cabin stewards ensuring cabin cleanliness and
maintenance aligned to company standard
· Working closely with department supervisors and middle managers

· Coordinating with Marketing department about promotions and
sales initiatives
· Face to Face sales, sales performance, sales closures
· Admin sales support, troubleshooting all related challenges,
disputes, invoicing

· Working in restaurant and bars assigned within hotel complex

providing F&B service at highest standard

· Engaging with guest, recommending daily menu's, promoting, and
upselling items of highest values
· Complying with all hotel rules and regulations
· Working closely with hotel management
