I am known as a very dependable and professional individual by both my current, and my previous employers. My work history includes heavy automotive experience, great customer service roles (many of which I leaned heavily on my bilingual capabilities), and considerable management practice within my current employment. I am very confident in my ability to efficiently problem solve under pressure, as any of my previous employers will gladly reiterate when prompted.
During my time at Midway I learned to manage customer accounts to secure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Developed and implemented sales strategies to increase profits. Generated weekly and monthly reports on sales performance to provide recommendations to meet sales goals. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and built relationships with customers and community to promote long term business growth.
My time at Bayer was very important and allowed me to cultivate many skills. One of many is my ability to manage and supervise large groups of people in multiple operations at the site, I have also given multiple trainings on different operations and safety topics in both Spanish and English. My communication skills among my team members were greatly improved working here and I try to make everyone's time working with me as enjoyable as possible.
Working at O'Reillys was a new experience for me as it was my first customer service job, here I learned how to handle all customer service issues quickly to maintain high satisfaction levels, I became very efficient at meeting customer needs by looking up stock numbers and prices for various parts, identifying correct items and also placing orders in a timely fashion. I also was on many occasions the employee with the highest-rated customer service satisfaction for multiple months.
While working at Heartland Chevrolet Buick as an automotive technician I learned how to troubleshoot and diagnose faults with all types of vehicle systems and components, Used specialized tools to detect leaks in gas and refrigerant systems, and always sought out opportunities to gain new skills in different areas of vehicle repair and maintenance.
Nebraskaland Tire and Auto was a summer job I held where I performed diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures to find and identify root causes of mechanical issues, All while maintaining and building my customer service skills by talking to the customer directly and walking them step by step through the issue or issues found on their vehicle and suggesting the best possible solution for them.
As a website developer I designed, implemented and monitored web pages and sites for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, I also converted book text to word documents andthen implemented them onto our school website.

I'm a gear head and have been for as long as I can remember, I own 4 vehicles. A 1993 Chevrolet Silverado that I recently rebuilt, a 1996 Chevrolet Corvette, a 1998 Honda Prelude that I also recently rebuilt, and a 1996 Honda Accord that I also rebuilt. My hobbies also include editing music videos and occasionally making music. I have always carried myself in a way that I treat everyone with respect, I never hold my head above anyone else because there is always something to be learned from anyone, no matter who they are or what they've accomplished. I also am very efficient in troubleshooting problems not only in vehicles but teams of people as well and this has made me a very enjoyable individual to work around according to my previous coworkers and team members.
