As a new accounts rep. at CSB, my responsibilities included a range of tasks performed at maximum professionalism as expected. While my main duties were to open and maintain all new and existing accounts, others included exceptional customer service, Teller line assistance, monetary instrument monitoring and maintenance, and other cash handling activities all while following procedures and BSA standards. Also, my position as new accounts representative allowed me to gain experience in other areas while cross-trained such as safety box vault, and bookkeeping. I was also granted the opportunity to attend a higher education institute while employed.
