In my previous role, I primarily worked as a cashier, providing customer service, handling stocking, and taking on various tasks to learn different aspects of the job. I enjoyed interacting with customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction, consistently building positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike. I answered customer inquiries regarding store policies and procedures and processed returns and exchanges of merchandise in accordance with store policies. I organized promotional displays, maintained the cleanliness of the checkout area, and the whole store , followed company security procedures, and stocked shelves when needed. I also balanced daily transactions on a computerized point-of-sale system, operated the cash register efficiently, and conducted price checks as requested. Additionally, I performed other duties as assigned by management.
