  • Led a team of IT professionals (both on shore and offshore) with a total budget of $10M to support the international expansion for American Eagle Outfitters
  • Managed project to launch Mexico digital site including local fulfillment within DHL 3PL
  • Received an internal award called Eagles Elite for this successful project

  • Implement Apex Analytic payables audit tool which evaluates payables to assure there are no duplicates or fraud
  • ROI was achieved for this project within the first month.

  • Managed project to bring in house all print development utilizing Lectra’s Kaledo CAD system
  • ROI for this project was realized in the first year
