Honestly I’ve never created a resume. Never needed to. I’ve been doing utility line clearance since I was 19 years old. I’ve learned from old school tree guys and have had to change with the times with incidents occurring at an alarming rate. Evolving with the business as Safety has been the staple of these companies now. I have taken pride in learning and training as well as leading my crews to safe efficient routine work. Not having a college education myself I’ve always worked hard to set a great example for my children to hope to instill my work ethic. Fast forward through all the work my oldest son is 17 years old and has accepted his offer from Princeton Univeristy to study physics. Although he is the one who put all the work in the make this happen I stood by his side to coach him and lead him. This truly has made all my blood,sweat and tears in this industry worth it. The bad days are the reason I want my kids to succeed more than anything. So now I’ve realized it’s time I show my children you can continue to succeed and advance no matter your age.
