I work a walk up window in the rotunda for the vehicle services section where I provide customer service to the general public as well as business owners with different vehicle related transactions. I take cash, credit card, check, and money order transactions in person at the walk up window as well as payments that have been mailed in. I audit paperwork with great attention to detail for completeness and accuracy. I highlight any errors and type up rejection letters for the customers. The bulk of my duties is data entry on a computer and scanning and shredding documents with sensitive information.

I make phone calls to customers and file paperwork in alphabetical order.

I answer questions and relay information as well as hand out documents with information to help customers be successful as well as set appointments. I have continous training on many job related topics. I work independently and as a team, I attend weekly staff meetings and help with the set up of potlucks and luncheons.
