
I used to take orders, prepare ingredients for the menu, cook the orders, attending the cashier station, cleaning and all the duties related to operating a food truck, worked really hard under climate conditions like heat and cold and took care of several orders at once, I worked in limited space and had the opportunity to work directly with the customers since they ordered, until they got served.
Have knowledge of diferent aspects of the way a restaurant runs, wich is helpful because I get the notion of what is like to be one of the people behind in the kitchen,
I know how to respond to them and how to treat them, because I been working on those positions
