Front End Leader who not only coaches all teammates on register, I make sure they set reachable metric goals for their personal self and coach them on the best way to meet not only their goals but also the store goals as a whole. Each month we strive to reach 15% NSPP conversion rate and I try and push the cashiers to reach for a Credit Card per shift. Also keeping track of ScoreRewards card Goals (75%) and DSG foundation donations.
Work one on one with teammates and coach them until they find register pitches that they are most comfortable with. I have come to personally learn if they find a pitch that flows for them they are more likely to offer and more confident when doing so.
