
I was born and raised in Austin, Texas. I have been in the service industry for 10 years, in both FOH or BOH. I am reliable and work to build trusting relationships with my peers.
Began as a server trainer and hourly manager for 6 months before accepting a salaried manager role. Cross-trained in two different restaurant concepts and provided support to other locations in the company as needed.
My home store, The League Kitchen & Tavern, is a training store so I have trained many incoming managers before they are sent to their restaurants.
Hired as a hostess and over time, became cross trained in other positions. I assisted managers in many duties and took on multiple responsibilities and positions simultaneously.
