The Clinical Program Director role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Wound Care Center, directing and supervising staff, financial oversight, quality improvement, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and community education.

The RN Wound Care role included patient assessments, removing and placing wound dressings, developing treatment plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients, advocating for patients, and monitoring wound healing.

The LPN role included basic nursing and patient care including vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, vaccinations as ordered, monitoring patient conditions, collecting lab specimens, assisting with procedures, patient communication and education, and communication and collaboration with other team members.
