• Iv worked at this local small business for about eight years. This job has taught me how to make drinks and to work the machinery. But more importantly it has taught me skills that I will use for future jobs for the rest of my life. I have learned impeccable customer service skills over the years that has taught me how to problem solve difficult or stressful situations with a cool head. It has also taught me about being a team player and helping my coworkers whenever I can and make everyone feel happy and comfortable in their job. As well as becoming an expert in multitasking, it has become a second nature to me now due to the high demand of multitasking throughout my entire work day
