I've spent the last 8 years of my working life working with children from preschool and up through highschool. For student teaching, I first taught in a preschool setting, then I also taught second grade. During substitute teaching, I taught all grades and began enjoying teaching high school, so I got certified to teach ELA in the higher classes. Through out college and currently, I am working with adults with developmental disabilities to help them become independent in the community.
