- Provide attentive, personalized service to 40–150 guests per shift while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor and ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Build positive guest relationships through strong communication, product and menu knowledge, and personalized recommendations, contributing to repeat business and increased sales through suggestive selling of specials and high-margin items. Collaborate closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate timely and accurate service while efficiently managing multiple tables, customer requests, and responsibilities during high-volume periods. Manage restaurant social media accounts and create original photography and videography to promote the brand, showcase products, and enhance customer engagement.
