Elizabeth Curry-Grant

Primary responsible for the support of the DC by efficiently supervising area for receiving, stocking, replenishing, and shipping import merchandise to other Orgill facilities. Supports DC by supervising unloading import containers by sku numbers and helping with cross-dock function of each container. Area picks and labels outbound merchandise for pick locations.

Drives sales in area. Models, enforces and provides direction and guidance to hourly associates on proper customer service approaches and techniques. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates in assigned area by hiring,training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition.
