-Oversees staff in the Consumer Lending and Business Lending department.
-Underwrite and decision Consumer Loans including; home equity loans, vehicle loans,
signature loans, shared secured loans, home improvement loans and Signature Line of Credits.
-Underwrite and decision various business loans including, Investment Real Estate, Equipment
Loans, SBA Loans and line of credit.
-Handles day to day operations and assists the Chief Lending Officer
-Takes action to resolve problems
-Work with outside vendors/dealers with respect to the program.
-Trains and directs employees within the lending department as well as collections.
-Continues the responsibilities of the Underwriter/Commercial Analyst.
-Implemented the PPP Loan Program for CommStar Credit Union due to COVID-19

-Evaluates credit policies on an ongoing basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

-Analyst of various types of Commercial Business Lending, including SBA, Express 48,
Commercial Real Estate, as well as consumer lending
-Reporting of SBA monthly
-Work with Buker’s to identify cash flow
-Work with CUSO; accumulate the proper documentation at origination of an MBL.
-Order title work/order appraisals and work with the title companies for proper signing and funding.
-Coordinates and plans monthly Business Lending Meetings
-Conduct Annual Reviews for specific Business Loans
-Create Presentations of Prospective Business Loans to Committee with recommendations
-Prepares monthly reports for Board Meetings.

-Made approval and denial recommendations by determining accurate risk levels.

-Analyzed credit, income, compliance, title documents, and appraisals during underwriting process.
