Outreach & Recruitment

• Accountable for community engagement and recruitment of foster parents via mixed media, researching events, and hosting recruitment booths at various events
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for foster parent recruitment on a variety of platforms. Compute data to asses trends in advertising and modify efforts to improve outcomes
• Reach out and follow up with inquiries; track data in Microsoft and CoBRIS systems. Advise and assist prospective foster parents throughout entire licensing process

Retention

• Plan 4-8 retention events per year to engage and honor 350+ foster parents within budget and time sensitive parameters
• Organize details of events including location, transportation, catering, entertainment, décor, promotional materials, and branding
• Communicate with vendors, manage invoices, and manage volunteers

Training

• Perform research and provide training on a variety of topics to include recruitment needs, onboarding, agency mission, trauma informed care, the Neurosequential model of therapeutics, etc. to current and prospective foster parents
• Identify essential information, data, and talking points utilize approaches such as power point presentations, activities, surveys, simulations, work sheets, and questionnaires to keep the audience engaged
• Certified in training Trauma Informed Care and instructional design

• Accountable for overseeing operations to ensure efficient and professional customer service to promotes satisfaction and repeat clientele
• Multitask serving bar guests, making drinks for two dining rooms and serving food for up to 200 guests
• Handle money, ordering and inventory control
• Point of contact to professionally address and resolve any issues or convers with customers and employees
• Promote business, create social media content examine local competition, and network with other local restaurants
