Summary

I advocate for all students and teachers I work with. I believe we all have skills and a purpose and my job is to help individuals master those skills and find their purpose. My classroom environment is fun but firm, loving and organized. I believe kids thrive in environments that allow creativity but also have structure and expectations. Home and school are a team and should work together. Sometimes it is okay to be outside the box thinkers and most students I work with are. Patience is key.

During my time living and working in Dallas I also worked for several families in the Park Cities neighborhood as a private tutor. My time with them was some of my favorite teacher moments. Being able to personally connect with students and families was amazing. I really feel I was able to educate parents of the rights they and their kids had in the public school systems.
