As a Team Leader we worked closely with the Hospitals Case Managers to discharge patients in a timely manner. Following guidelines to assure they received the necessary medical equipment, while working in conjunction with their insurance carriers guidelines and policies. Also, attending to the needs of the clients that come into the office for equipment.
Within the first year of my employment, I was promoted to shift manager. Instructing employees during my shift, making sure regulations were followed, trained new employees, handled inventory and cash deposits. Also executed proper opening and closing procedures. All while daily improving the customer’s experience.
