• Review submitted timesheets to ensure compliance with reporting and program guidelines to ensure accuracy
• Updating visit records or timesheet data into appropriate software for processing within prescribed deadlines
Technical Service/Customer Service
• Provide customer service to employers and employees related to visit verification
• Perform daily review of EVV-related reports to determine potential issues with incomplete/unverified visits to be able to assist employers before payment issues occur
• Assist EVV Customer Service team in employer outreach to proactively verify incomplete visits before issues occur with timesheets
• Provide technical assistance and telephonic training around basic end user issues (login issues, password, reset, verifying visits, etc.)
• Provide customer service and technical assistance to assist users to assist with eTimesheet issues for in-scope users related to updating information across systems
• Provide technical assistance and training to coworkers regarding the State’s EVV solution
File
• Electronically file processed timesheets and other secured documents while maintaining accuracy
Edit
• After final review, sort paychecks for proper distribution
Support
• Provides any additional support to Customer Service, Data Entry or other departments within ARIS as needed
