I work at a mexican ice cream shop called La Michoacana, I do all kinds of different positions in the store
•serve customers our products, ensuring accurate portion sizes and presentation
• Provided exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain clean of the ice cream shop, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
• Operated cash register accurately for cash transactions and processed credit card payments efficiently
• Handled customer complaints or concerns promptly and resolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborated with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods

The food truck I worked at this time period was family owned. My position was either being cashier, making the food/ preparation, handing customers their order or assisting with any questions.

I worked as a packer, scanning and packing products from scratch from the company that needed to be shipped to customers that placed an order.

As a cashier at Waba Grill I would totalize a customers purchase, pack orders, answer or solve any questions or concerns a customer would have.
