• Building companies, websites and viral social media accounts by initiating and leading business activities. Overseeing remote cross-cultural teams to fulfill orders, accomplish sales, goals and deadlines. Allocating employees' duties, creating/researching new incoming products and scaling e-commerce sales.

• Overseeing the structure and layout of the team on the floor during the peek points of sale through out the day. Understanding and executing 12+ employees at one time to move effectively and efficiently on a daily basis. Ordering, training, maintaining safety and organization protocols, delegating responsibility, developing positive relationships and attending to customers in a prompt and swift manner.
