Summary

I was a member of marching band all throughout high school and was a member of the chick fil a leadership academy my freshman and sophomore year. Work-wise I have been in the restaurant industry ever since I started working, which was about three years ago. I have worked front of house along with back of house so I am pretty familiar with both. Working front of house I have been able to learn how to communicate with customers and see what they expect and to handle complaints. Once I got in the back of the house, I was able to have a better understanding of what the front of house was like and what the customers expected.
