I have many job duties and responsibilities as Lead Sales Associate at Aldi. One of the most important duties is communicating with and assisting the customers with respect and compassion. Our customers are always my priority. I am responsible for making sure that our customers have the products they are looking for, along with a variety at their fingertips. I price and label our products. I work with my team to make sure the shelves are stocked with the appropriate items. I fulfill online grocery orders. This needs to happen in a timely manner, with care and with a "Customer First" attitude. It is my responsibility to be an expert on our products. I am able to answer questions the customers have, while promoting our products, and keeping the customer coming back and choosing us.

I developed a loyal clientele by not only using my knowledge on products but, consistently delivering an exceptional tanning experience tailored to individual preferences. I resolved any customer complaints or issues professionally, ensuring a positive outcome for both the client and the salon. I upheld a clean and hygienic environment by maintaining the cleanliness of tanning beds and rooms after each use. I also educated clients on the health and safety of our tanning facilities, products, and procedures by quickly becoming an expert on all of the above.

This was my first job/experience related to customer service. I worked specifically in the back room fulfilling online grocery orders. I managed multiple priorities simultaneously. I consistently met or exceeded deadlines for order completion and pickup times. I placed completed orders in labeled, temperature-appropriate storage-pending customer pick up. I tracked substitutions and informed customers of changes.

However, I quickly realized how much I preferred direct customer interactions and communication.
